摘要
在水工建筑混凝土施工中,由于受到自身变形、水化热反应等因素的影响,会产生深层裂缝问题,通过应用MgO混凝土材料,能够使混凝土产生自生体积膨胀,在混凝土结构降温过程中,能够有效达到混凝土的自生体积膨胀和温控要求。文章首先对混凝土拱坝外掺MgO施工技术进行了介绍,然后结合工程实例,对混凝土拱坝外掺MgO施工要点以及质量控制对策进行了详细探究,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。
Affected by factors of self deformation and hydrothermal reaction, problems about deep fissure would be caused during the concrete construction of hydraulic structures, concrete generates its own volume expansion by using the MgO concrete material, can meet effectively the demands for concrete own volume expansion and temperature control during the course of concrete structure temperature fall. This study introduced firstly the construction technology of concrete arch dam mixed with MgO, afterwards, discussed in details the construction points of concrete arch dam mixed with MgO and the countermeasure of quality control, so as to supply references for similar projects.
