摘要
在炭素基体上通过真空硅化反应制得了硅化石墨复合材料。所制得的硅化石墨层结构为网状嵌入型结构,这种结构使得硅化石墨兼具了石墨和碳化硅的优良特性;物相分析表明,硅化石墨层中含Si C相和石墨相,不含游离硅。硅化石墨制品具有良好的耐磨性、耐蚀性和润滑性等性能。
Silicified graphite, a composite material, was prepared using a vacuum silicidation reaction. The obtained SiC coating shows a reticular embedded structure. Due to this structure, the prepared silicified graphite has the advantages of graphite and silicon carbide. According to the XRD analysis, the prepared SiC coating contains two phases: SiC and graphite phase. There is no free silicon in this coating. The results of corrosion resistance testing indicate that the prepared silicified graphite products show good performance.
