不同催化剂对半石墨化炭块电阻率的影响 被引量:1

Influence of different catalysts on the electrical resistivities of semi-graphitized carbon blocks

摘要 以针状焦、改质沥青为原料,选取Fe、Si-Fe、Pr_6O_(11)及Ti-RE 4种催化剂,在2 400℃的热处理温度下制备低电阻率半石墨化炭块。对得到的石墨样品进行电阻率的测定,利用X射线衍射研究试样晶体结构参数,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察其微观结构。分析结果表明:4种催化剂均可有效地提高炭块石墨化度,降低电阻率;Pr_6O_(11)催化效果最好,在添加质量分数为3%时,得到最低电阻率12.22μΩ·m,比空白样降低了1/5以上。 The low electrical resistivity semi-graphitized carbon blocks were prepared with coal-based needle coke as aggregate and coal tar pitch as binder under the temperature of 2 400 ℃. Fe, Si-Fe, Pr6O(11) and Ti-RE were selected as catalysts. The electrical resistivities of the semi-graphitized carbon blocks obtained were examined by resistivity instrument. The crystal structure parameters and the microscopic structures of the semi-graphitized carbon block samples were observed by XRD and SEM measurements.The results show that all of the catalysts can improve the graphitization degree and reduce the electrical resistivity effectively; Pr6O(11) has the best performance, and when the mass fraction is 3%, the lowest electrical resistivity of 12.22 μΩ·m was obtained, which decreased by over 1/5 than that of blank sample.
