摘要
针对炭材料高温使用时的氧化损耗问题,配制出以磷酸盐为主要成分的复合抗氧化剂,通过对炭材料的沸腾浸渍和热处理后,样品在800℃静态空气中进行高温灼烧,测定样品的氧化失重率。利用SEM、EDS和Raman,对复合磷酸盐的玻璃态保护层的抗氧化机理进行了分析。研究发现:使用多种磷酸盐可以形成更加稳定的复杂体系的网状结构,浸渍后的样品抗氧化性明显好于使用一种磷酸盐的浸渍效果。
According to the oxidation loss problem of carbon materials, the complex antioxidant was made with the phosphate as the main antioxidant component. The carbon material samples, being impregnated with boiling phosphate solutions under normal pressure and further heat treatment, were burned under 800 ℃ in air. The rates of oxidation mass loss were determined to find out the optimal content of phosphate impregnant with the best oxidation resistance. The oxidation-resistance mechanism of the composite phosphate coating was analyzed by SEM, EDS and Raman. The results showed that multiple phosphates can form a more stable and more complex system with net structure, and the samples impregnated by multiple phosphates had a better oxidation resistance than those impregnated by one phosphate.
