摘要
针对硫化态的钴钼系耐硫变换催化剂,采用氮气直接降温,在氮气环境下,实施无氧作业的方式扒卸催化剂,完成了大修更换催化剂的任务,节省了停车工艺处理费用,保证了大修后系统开车进度,同时也掌握了该类型催化剂的非氧化法的扒卸技术。
For vulcanization state cobalt-molybdenum series shift catalyst, nitrogen is used to decrease temperature directly. In nitrogen environment, the working way of oxygen free is used to unload catalyst. The task of replacing catalyst during overhaul is completed and shutdown process treatment fee is saved, promising the start-up progress after overhaul. For this kind of catalyst,non-oxidizing unloading technology is mastered meanwhile.
