NBI联合靛胭脂染色对早期胃癌及癌前病变的诊断价值

Value of Combined Staining with NBI and Indigo Carmine in Diagnosis of Early Gastric Cancer and Precancerous Lesions

目的:探讨窄带成像技术(NBI)联合靛胭脂染色对早期胃癌及癌前病变在临床诊断中的价值。方法:将2017年7月至2017年11月在广东省人民医院珠海医院检查中56例胃镜下检查有胃黏膜改变的病人,随机分成观察组(NBI联合靛胭脂染色后取活检)29例和对照组(白光胃镜检查后活检)27例。结果:观察组胃黏膜检出有癌前病变者共12例,早期胃癌1例,对照组检出癌前病变者9例,未发现早期胃癌,观察组检出率44.8%明显高于对照组检出率33.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NBI联合靛胭脂染色能更有效地突显病变范围,指导活检部位,能更有效提高早期胃癌及癌前病变的检出率。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined staining with narrow-band imaging endoscopy and indigo carmine in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and Precancerous lesions. Methods From July 2017 to November 2017, 56 patients underwent gastroscopy to check for changes in gastric mucosa in the Zhuhai Hospital of the People＇s Hospital of Guangdong Province. Randomly divided into observation group（NBI combined with biopsy after rouge staining） in 29 cases and control group（biopsy after white light endoscopy） in 27 cases. Results A total of 12 cases with precancerous lesions were detected in the staining group, and 1 case of early cancer was found; in the control group, there are 9 cases of precancerous lesions were deected and no early cancer case was found. The detection rate of the staining group was 44.8%, and the detection rate of the control group was 33.3%, the result of two group＇s difference was staistically significant. Conclusion Combined staining with narrow-band imaging endoscopy and indigo carmine can more effective for reveal the lesions and guide the biopsy site, it can improve detection rate of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.
