Causes and Thinkings for an Accident of Corrosion Caused by Mildew

提高仓库器材管理水平,杜绝类似事故的发生。在仓库取样,36h内在异地实验室培养检疫,用扫描电子显微镜对航材仓库中霉菌的种类进行分析,针对该霉菌在仓库中的生长繁殖特点采取防霉措施。仓库中生长的主要为黑青霉、木霉和杆状毛霉三类,繁殖高峰期有两个。提高认识,遵守法规,并且要在繁殖高峰期来临之前进采取防霉措施,防止类似事故发生。

It＇s important to improve warehouse equipment management level to avoid aviation material corrasion accidents. In this paper, samples were taken in the warehouse and quarantined in the laboratory of different places within 36 hours. The types of mildew in aviation material warehouse were analyzed with a scanning electron microscope, and anti-mildew measures were proposed based on its growth and reproduction characteristics. We found the penicillium black, trichoderma and mucor bacillus were the main types of mildew that grew in warehouse and there was two peaks of reproduction. Raising awareness, obeying laws and regulations, and taking anti-mildew measures before the peak of breeding season are vital to prevent similar accidents.
