摘要
三缸压缩机应用于空调系统,解决了空调系统在超低温环境下制热量低及排气温度高的问题,同时拓宽了空调系统的运行范围;但随着应用环境温度的降低,压缩机润滑油的粘度增大,又由于回油毛细管规格的限制,导致在超低温环境下,机组启动时所产生的压差不足以推动回油毛细管中的润滑油,从而导致回油管路堵,影响机组的正常使用造成压缩机缺油损坏。本文通过对三缸压缩机多联空调系统的回油进行实验研究,得出低温状态下管道阻力、高低压差及油粘度对压缩机回油的影响;并提出一种增加辅助回油管的方法,解决了三缸压缩机多联空调系统在超低温环境下的缺油问题。
The three-cylinder compressor is applied to air conditioning system,which solves problems of low heat and high exhaust temperature in ultra-low temperature environment. At the same time, it widened the operating of air-conditioning system. But with the decrease of environmental temperature, the increase of compressor lubricants viscosity,and the limitation of oil return capillary specifications,differential pressure produced by the starting unit is not enough to push the lubricating oil in the return capillary circulation,which can lead to return pipe plugging,affect the normal use of the unit and cause the damage of the compressor oil shortage.In this paper,through the experimental research on oil return of muiti-air conditioning system of three-cylinder compressor,we can get the effect of pipeline resistance、system pressure differential and lubricating oil viscosity on compressor return oil at ultra-low temperature. A method to increase the auxiliary oil return pipe was proposed to solve the problem of oil shortage in the multi-air conditioning system of three-cylinder compressor at ultra-low temperature.
