管道气体泄漏对高低温冲击试验的影响分析

摘要 针对采用液氮作为冷源的设备,在进行带斜率曲线的高低温冲击试验时,由于管道存在气体泄漏,出现结冰、气化现象,使温度曲线出现偏离。本文结合试验比对,提出应及时检查保证管道完好必要性,避免造成试验温度严重偏离进而影响试验结果。 Aiming at devices which takes liquid nitrogen as cold source,they may freeze and gasify when conducting high and low temperature impact test with slope curve because of gas leakage in the pipeline, which makes temperature curve deviate. Based on test comparison, this paper suggests that the pipeline should be checked in time to ensure that the pipeline is in good condition to avoid the serious deviation of the test temperature which influences the test results then.
