变形量测量在电子产品防水性能评价中的应用

摘要 电子产品的防水性能测试,目前一般按照IEC 60529或GB/T 4208标准进行。这两个标准规定的方法,以水为介质。本文讨论的方法,以空气为介质,对密闭容器充入高压空气,内置的被测物受高压空气作用产生形变,并随空气进入内部而形变回复。通过测量被测物腔体的变形量及形变回复量,对被测物的防水性能作出判断。本方法的优点是以空气代替水作为介质,避免了水对被测物造成的损害;另外,测试速度比IEC 60529规定的水介质测试方法更快,适用于产线上对防水性能要求较高的产品进行在线检测。 The waterproof performance test of electronic products is generally carried out according to IEC 60529 or GB/T 4208 standards. These two standards specify the method with water as the medium. The method discussed in this paper takes air as the medium and fills the sealed vessel with high pressure air. The built-in object is deformed by external high pressure air and recovered with the air entering the interior. By measuring the deformation and recovery of the cavity, the waterproofing performance of the object is judged. The advantages of this method are that air is used instead of water as the medium to avoid the damage caused by water to the object. In addition, the testing speed is faster than that of water medium test method prescribed by IEC 60529, and it is suitable for on-line inspection of products with high waterproof performance.
