垂直专业化程度对出口技术复杂度的影响——来自“一带一路”成员国的实证

The Impact of Vertical Specialization Degree on the Export Sophistication:Evidence from “One Belt and One Road” Member States

实证检验"一带一路"31个主要成员国的垂直专业化程度对出口技术复杂度的影响.借鉴两步算法,测算了31个国家2005-2015年的出口技术复杂度.实证结果显示,垂直专业化程度的加深会提高出口技术复杂度;利用外资存量、人力资本、研发投入和开放程度对出口技术复杂度也有提升作用."一带一路"沿线国家想要互利共荣,提升出口技术复杂度,需要在大力吸引外资、增加研发投入和逐步开放的基础上,继续深化分工,加大垂直专业化程度.

This paper empirically examines the effect of vertical specialization on the export sophistication of 31＂One Belt and One Road＂major member states.Borrowing Hausmann et al.（2005）＇s two steps of the algorithm,using 2005-2015 HS92 statistics,it calculates 31 countries＇ export sophistication.The empirical results show that The increase of vertical specialization will improve the export sophistication.In addition,utilization of foreign capital stock,research development investment and openness have promote role to export sophistication.If＂One Belt and One Road＂major member states want to realize mutual benefit and enhance the export sophistication,they need to continue to deepen the division of labor and increase the degree of vertical specialization based on attracting foreign investment,increasing research and development input and gradually opening up.
