摘要
信息技术已广泛应用于中职教育领域,本文以营养与保健专业核心课程,中医食疗药膳中的药膳制作技能"夏季药膳饮料的制作"为例进行信息化教学设计,重点介绍了教学设计的基本情况及多种信息化手段在教学过程中的应用等,通过教中学,学中练,练中思,学生掌握了专业技能,强化了职业素养。
Information technology has been widely used in secondary vocational education. This article takes information and instructional teaching design as an example of the " the making of summer herbal drinks" in the core curriculum of nutrition and health care for traditional Chinese medicine diets. The article focuses on the basic situation of teaching design and the application of a variety of informational methods in the teaching process. By Learning in teaching, learning to practice, and thinking in practice,students have mastered professional skills and strengthened professional qualities.
