基于能力需求的应用型高校冷链物流人才协同培养模式研究

Study on Collaborative Training Mode of Application-oriented Universities' Cold Chain Logistics Talents Based on Capability Requirements

我国冷链物流人才匮乏,而冷链物流教育相对滞后,教育资源稀缺,冷链物流人才的培养供给不能满足市场需求。文章在明确应用型冷链物流人才培养目标的基础上,指出了冷链物流人才需具备的关键能力和培养途径,并以此为导向,综合运用校企协同、校内协同、校际协同和校地协同,构建了应用型冷链物流人才协同培养模式。

The talents of cold chain logistic are scarce in China, because the education of cold chain logistics is hysteretic, and the educational resources are rare. The training and supply of cold chain logistics talents can＇t meet the demands of market. The training objectives of cold chain logistics talents were defined in the article, based on which, the key abilities and training approaches of cold chain logistics talents were proposed. The collaborative training mode of application-oriented cold chain logistics talents was constructed, by combination of school-enterprise cooperation, intramural cooperation, intercollegiate cooperation and school-local cooperation.
