杨木单板/聚烯烃包装薄膜复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation and properties of poplar veneers/polyolefin packaging film composites

摘要 为了从根源上解决木质复合材料游离甲醛释放的问题,本研究选用聚烯烃包装薄膜为胶黏剂,采用热压-冷压串联的平压工艺,与杨木单板复合,研究了不同的工艺因子对木质复合材料胶合强度的影响。结果表明:所选聚烯烃包装薄膜的熔融温度为163.26℃,当热压温度为185℃,热压时间为0.8min/mm,薄膜用量为2层,冷压时间为5min时,板材的胶合强度达到0.92MPa,超过GB/T9846.3-2004中Ⅱ类胶合板的使用要求。 In order to eliminate the formaldehyde release during wood-based composites production and use, polyolefin packaging films were selected as wood adhesives to composited with poplar wood veneers by hot flat-press process followed by a cold flat-press process. Shearing strength of wood composites under different pressing conditions was evaluated.Results showed that the melting point of the selected polyolefin packaging films was 163.26℃. The shearing strength reached 0.92 MPa when the hot-press temperatures, hot-press time and cold-press time were 185℃, 0.8min/mm and 5 min respectively with 2-layer packaging films. The strength can meet the requirement for the second grade wood-based panels according to the Chinese National Standard GB/T9846.3-2004,
