城市内河空间生态化维稳规划策略推演 被引量:6

摘要 研究突破城市内河空间传统的基于"功能主义"的片面式修复的现状,构建基于系统性提升的内河维稳规划建设模式。通过厘清城市内河发展演进过程以及既有问题,从城市内河空间水循环平衡角度,探索内部秩序(河流本体的演绎过程)和外部秩序(建成空间影响下的互动演绎)在时空关系下的演绎过程,探讨城市建设对内河空间的影响及规划建设误区。结合对已有的城市内河改造案例的评析,明确城市内河具有自维持需求和与建成空间相互支撑的需求,提出内河空间水循环平衡和外部空间机能稳定的协同互动的维稳复健思路,通过生态修复再造内河空间内部稳定性,以及通过关键节点复合优化促进城市建成空间外部稳态形成的城市内河空间规划建设策略,从而形成以水带城、以水兴城、以水健城的生态化营建新模式。 This study breaks the situation of unilateral restoration of urban inland river space based on "functionalism" in traditional planning, and constructs a stabilization model of inland river planning and construction based on systematic upgrading. By analyzing the evolution process of urban inland river and existing problems, from the perspective of water cycle equilibrium, this paper explores the deductive process of internal order (deductive process of river ontology) and external order (interactive deduction under the influence of built environment) based on spatio-temporal relationship, as well as discussing the influence of urban construction on inland river space and the misunderstanding of planning and construction. Based on the analysis of the existing urban inland river reconstruction cases, it is confirmed that urban inland rivers have the demand of self-maintenance and mutual support from the built environment. The study puts forward the stabilization and rehabilitation idea for the synergistic interaction between the water cycle equilibrium of inland fiver and the stability of external space functions. The strategy of urban inland river spatial planning and construction is proposed to reconstruct the internal stability of the inland river space through ecological restoration, and to promote the formation of external steady state of urban built environment by composite optimization of key nodes, hence forming the ecological construction mode of promoting, reviving, and rebalancing city by the inland river.
