网络城市：内涵、特征与发育度综合评价--以成都市为例

NETWORK CITY: COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF CONNOTATION,CHARACTERISTICS AND DEVELOPMENT DEGREE – TAKING CHENGDU AS AN EXAMPLE

网络城市是全球化、信息化和区域一体化发展背景下新的空间组织形态,是推动超大城市和特大城市可持续发展,缓解城市病等问题的重要途径。本文一是通过明确网络城市的内涵、特征,构建网络化发育度的综合评价指标体系和评估模型,丰富并完善了理论架构;二是以成都为实证,进行综合评价,明确了网络城市构建的路径与举措,为国内其他城市提供经验借鉴。

Network city is a new form of spatial development under the background of informationization, globalization and regional integrated development. It is a new model and new strategy to boost the sustainable development of mega-cities and super cities, and to ameliorate the problems like urban diseases. This paper first enriches and perfects the theoretical framework by clarifying the connotation and characteristics of network cities, and builds up a comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model of network development degrees. Secondly, taking Chengdu as an example, it carries out a comprehensive evaluation, and defines the path and measures for building a network city with an expectation of providing references for other cities in China.
