摘要
目的:观察消异汤对大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)形成的影响。方法:采用自体移植法建立子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型,将40只大鼠随机分为模型组、炔诺酮组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组,干预21 d后免疫组织化学SP法观察VEGF在大鼠异位内膜组织中的表达。结果:与模型组大鼠比较,余各组异位子宫内膜体积和VEGF(P<0.05)的表达明显降低。结论:消异汤可抑制模型大鼠异位内膜的生长与血管生成,这可能是其治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制之一。
Objective: Observing the effect of Xiaoyi tang Decoction on the growth of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in endometriosis model rats. Methods: The rat model of endometriosis was established by autologous transplantation. 40 rats were randomly divided into the model group, levonorgestrel group, low dose and high dose group of Chinese medicine. After 21 days intervention, observing the expression of VEGF in eetopic endometrium of rats by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results: Compared with the model group, the ectopic endometrial volume and the expression of VEGF is significantly lower in other groups ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclu- sion : Xiaoyi tang can inhibit the angiogenesis and growth of ectopic endometrium in rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of the Endometriosis treatment.
