邱氏穴在急性肾绞痛治疗中的优势性分析

Rapeutic Advantage of Qiu's Point in Treatment of Acute Renal Colic

目的:通过与肾绞痛常规药物治疗止痛效果的比较,评价邱氏穴按压止痛在肾绞痛治疗中的临床优势。方法:急诊肾绞痛患者356例,随机分为药物治疗组、邱氏穴治疗组和联合治疗组,药物治疗组采用非甾体类消炎镇痛药联合盐酸山莨菪碱注射液(654-2),邱氏穴治疗组采用穴位按压止痛治疗,联合治疗组采用邱氏穴止痛后给予非甾体类消炎镇痛药联合盐酸山莨菪碱注射液(654-2)治疗,3组从止痛起效时间,止痛效果,不良反应,24 h复发率等方面进行比较。结果:邱氏穴治疗组和药物治疗组相比,邱氏穴治疗组在止痛起效时间(0.91!0.53,18.97!5.07)、治疗后VAS评分(1.31!0.68,3.87!1.23)、显效率(90.83%,50.86%)、总有效率(98.33%,75.86%)均优于药物治疗组,具有极显著差异(P<0.01);联合治疗组24 h复发率(10.83%)明显低于其余2组(P<0.05),且邱氏穴未发现不良反应(P<0.01)。结论:邱氏穴治疗组治疗肾绞痛效果明显优于药物治疗组,同时联合治疗组可以有效降低肾绞痛24 h复发率,说明邱氏穴单独使用和联合药物治疗都具有一定临床效果。

Objective： To observe the Advantages of Qiu＇s point in renal colic treatment. Methods： the 356 renal colic patients were randomly divided into three groups： Qiu＇s point group, Drug treatment group and Combination therapy group, The onset time, clinical effective rate, the total effective rate, 24 h recurrence rate and side effect of three groups were evaluated. Results： The Qiu＇ s point group and Drug treatment group in the onset time （0. 91±0. 53, 18.97±5.07）, the VAS score （1.31±0. 68, 3.87± 1.23） , the clinical effective rate （90. 83%, 50. 86% ）, the total effective rate （98.33% , 75.86% ） compared with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , and the studies displayed no side effects fromQiu＇ s point group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . The 24 h recurrence rate （10. 83% ） of Combination therapy group were significantly lower than that of the Qiu＇s point group and Drug treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Qiu＇s point group in the treatment of renal colic effect obviously superior to the drug treatment group, and the Combination therapy group can effectively reduce the 24 h recurrence rate of renal colic, Research shows that Qiu＇s point group had a great advantage in treating renal colic.
