醒脑开窍药枕用于辅助治疗缺血性中风的探索性研究

Exploratory Study of Xingnao Kaiqiao Drug Pillow on Ancillary Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

目的:探索性研究醒脑开窍药枕用于辅助治疗缺血性中风的疗效观察。方法:研究选取我院2015年11月~2017年8月住院的70例缺血性中风患者,数字随机法分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上采用缺血性中风护理方案中推荐的醒脑开窍药枕治疗,并使用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表和格拉斯哥昏迷评分量表对照分析2组临床疗效。结果:美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表结果表明:观察组治疗总有效率94.29%,明显高于对照组82.86%;格拉斯哥昏迷评分量表结果表明:观察组治疗总有效率97.14%,明显高于对照组85.71%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍药枕用于辅助治疗缺血性中风可有效改善患者神经功能,提升缺血性中风临床疗效,尤其对意识障碍,头昏头痛类中风患者前期临床研究疗效显著。

Objective： To explore Xingnao Kaiqiao pillow for the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods： 70 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital were selected from November 2015 to August 2017, and randomly divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing. On the basis of this, the observation group was treated with the drug pillow commended by the ischemic stroke nursing regimen, and the clinical curative effects were evaluated by NIH Stroke Scale （NIHSS） and Glasgow Coma Scale （GCS） . Results： According to NIHSS, the total effective rate was 94. 29% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （82. 86% ） ; according to GCS, the total effective rate was 97. 14% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （85.71%）. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05） according to the two method. Conclusion： Xingnao Kaiqiao pillow for the treatment of ischemic stroke could effectively improve the neurological function and the clinical efficacy of of the ischemic stroke patients, especially with headache and dizziness.
