以健脾升阳法探讨糖尿病血管病变的防治

Study on Prevention and Control of Diabetic Angiopathy by Invigorating Spleen

通过查阅古现代文献,分析国内外同类研究的现状、水平及发展趋势发现,糖尿病血管病变发病与脾虚联系密切。对于主要病机为脾虚的患者,若能够早期对其辨证施治,健脾升阳扶正气,恢复脏腑功能,补虚扶正,兼以祛痰除湿、化瘀通络祛浊邪,对临床阻止其代谢记忆、改善胰岛功能,防治糖尿病血管病变具有十分重要的意义,本文为中医药防治糖尿病血管病变提供了新的治疗思路。

By searching the ancient and modern literature and analyzing the current situation, level and development trend of the same kind of research at home and abroad, we find that the pathogenesis of diabetic vessels is closely related with the spleen deficien- cy. Under the dominant condition of ＂ spleen deficiency＂ , it is very important to prevent metabolic memory, improve the function of islet and prevent diabetic angiopathy if we take the early stage of adjustment, invigorating the spleen and invigorating the Yang qi, restoring viscera function, nourishing the deficiency of the phlegm, removing the evil of phlegm. It provides a new treatment idea for the prevention and treatment of diabetic angiopathy in traditional Chinese medicine.
