摘要
通过对莱氏体钢脱碳层的轻腐蚀和重腐蚀对比,找出科学的、适合金相法检验脱碳层的腐蚀方法,使金相专业检验人员在检验莱氏体钢脱碳层时减少了人为误差,测量的脱碳数据更加准确。经过比对,轻腐蚀比重腐蚀更能准确地测量出脱碳层的实际深度。
In contrast with light and heavy corrosion for decarburization layer of ledeburitic steel,a scientific and appropriate erode method was found out,which could decrease the artificial error and make the measured depth of decarburized layer more accurate. By comparing,the actual depth of decarburized layer could be more accurately measured by the light corrosion.
