摘要
轧制完成后取下的钢材试样送到力学性能室后检测需自然冷却3~5 h,为提高检化验速率,缩短检验周期,将HRB400E试样加热到200℃后,分别采用自然冷却、水冷、立即检验3种方法进行对比试验。以自然冷却试样为参考标准,对其余两种不同条件的试样进行了力学性能试验、金相分析。结果表明:200℃水冷试样和自然冷却试样的力学性能、金相组织无明显变化,可以相互替代。因此将轧制完成后送到力学性能试验室的热样放入水里冷却后进行检测,直接缩短检验时间2~4 h。
The steel samples taken to the laboratory after the completion of the rolling process should be cooled in the air for 3 to 5 hours before test,and the inspection cycle can be shortened to improve the test speed. The HRB400 E air cooling sample,200 ℃ water cooling sample and 200 ℃ sample were compared. Taken the air cooling sample as reference standard,the test samples of the other two kinds were carried out by mechanical properties testing and metallographic analysis. Experiments showed that the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of 200 ℃ water cooling and the air cooling specimens had no obvious differences and could be substituted for each other. Therefore,after the rolling,the hot steel samples sent to the mechanical properties laboratory were put into the water to be cooled and tested,which can shorten the inspection time for two to four hours.
