摘要
为了研究中间包保护渣中碳质量分数和B2O3对钢液氮质量分数的影响,选用CaO-SiO2-Al2O3系碱性渣作为基础渣系。通过对试验结果分析可知,渣中的碳和B2O3质量分数对钢液脱氮都有一定的影响,但效果各不一样。
In order to research the influence of B2O3 and carbon content in the tundish slag of nitrogen, the basic slag system of CaO- SiO2- Al2O3 was chosen as a basic ingredient in the experiment, By researching experiment results, though B2O3 and carbon contents have some effects on removal of nitrogen from molten steel, their result is different.
