Research on the Establishment and Application of Building Construction Enterprise Quota

工程量清单计价的推行,使建筑施工企业投标报价以及企业工经成本管理发生了根本性的变革,由传统的预算定额计价转变为依据企业定额自主报价。首先阐述企业定额在建筑施工领域的作用,然后分析企业定额的现状及存在的问题,以及企业定额建立常用的方法,最后提出企业定额建立及应用问题的破解思路,以期对建筑施工企业的企业定额管理提供一定的参考。

The implementation of the bill of quantities valuation has fundamentally changed the bidding price of construction enterprises and the cost management of enterprises,and has changed from the traditional budgetary quota valuation to the enterprise independent quotation. This paper first expounds the role of enterprise quota in the field of building construction,then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of enterprise quota,and establishes the commonly used methods of enterprise quota,and finally puts forward the ideas for the establishment and application of enterprise quota,in order to provide references for the enterprise quota management of construction enterprises.
