Under the background of pushing forward the prefabricated buildings in China,taking the project of Shanghai as an example,this paper contrasts the cost of prefabricated structure with cast-in-place structure,and analyzes the cause of the high cost of prefabricated components,finds out the main factors affecting the cost,finally puts forward improvement measures according to these causes.
