摘要
联营体成员在合作过程中面临跨区域、跨文化等各方面带来的挑战,沟通管理的顺畅与否直接关系到国际工程项目的成败。介绍国际工程常用的联营体模式,分析国际工程联营体项目沟通管理中存在的问题及原因,以卡塔尔大型供水工程E标项目为例,总结国际工程联营体成员间的沟通管理经验,以期为中国承包企业海外承揽业务提供参考。
In the process of cooperation,the members of joint venture are faced with challenges from all aspects,such as cross regional and cross cultural. Whether communication management that is smooth or not is directly related to the success or failure of international projects. This paper introduces the common modes of joint venture in international projects,and analyzes the problems and its causes in the communication management of international joint venture projects. Taking E Tenders of Qatar's large water supply project as an example,summaries the experiences of communication management among the members of international joint venture project,in order to provide references for Chinese contractors to undertake overseas contracts.
