基于生境面积因子的大学校园环境优化策略分析

ANALYSIS OF CAMPUS ENVIRONMENT OPTIMIZATION STRATEGY BASED ON BIOTOPE AREA FACTOR

摘要 校园环境是校园精神文明和生态文明的重要体现,探讨并量化高校校园环境状况对于校园的绿化建设、科研机能氛围的营造及教学竞争力的提升具有重要意义。以福建农林大学为研究对象,通过无人机获取研究区遥感影像,提取校园表面型态、植物种植类型、水体等因子,采用生境面积因子(Biotope Area Factor,BAF)法获取校园绿化现状与BAF值等数据,通过改善铺面材质及铺面透水性,增加绿屋顶、垂直绿化面积等,优化校园环境以达到绿化相对均衡的目的。结果表明,研究区域BAF现值为0.41,场地铺面的透水性与材质、垂直绿化及绿屋顶等是影响校园绿化品质的主要因素,改善后的BAF值有较明显提升为0.53,此外,根据校园现存的景观问题和绿化方面的不足,针对不同属性的校园空间,提出具体的环境改善建议和景观优化策略。 The campus environment is an important embodiment of spiritual civilization and ecological civilization, it is of great sig- nificance to explore and quantify the campus environment for the greening of the campus, the building of scientific research atmos- phere and the promotion of teaching competitiveness. Taking Fujian Agriculture And Forestry University as the research object, ac- quisition of remote sensing images by UAV, extraction factor of surface morphology, plant type, water ect. ,using Biotope Area Factor method to obtain the current situation of campus greening and BAF value, by improving the pavement material and pavement permea- bility, increase the green roof, vertical green area, etc. , to optimize the campus environment to achieve the purpose of relatively bal- anced greening. The results show that the present value of BAF in the study area is O. 41, and the main factors affecting the campus environment are the permeability and material of the pavement, the vertical greening and the green roof. The improved BAF value is obviously increased to O. 53. In addition, according to the existing campus landscape problems and greening deficiencies, specific environmental improvement proposals and landscape optimization strategies are put forward for different attributes of campus space.
