8种药用植物乙醇提取物对茎瘤芥黑斑病的抑菌活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以茎瘤芥黑斑病菌为供试病原菌,对香樟等8种植物样品的乙醇提取物进行了抑菌活性测定。结果表明:香樟的抑制效果最好,抑制率达62.50%,其次为蒿子、野酥麻、柳蒿、夜来香、楝树、臭草根和大叶桉,抑制率依次为55.68%、47.73%、47.73%、44.32%、44.32%、43.18%和42.05%。方差分析结果显示,供试8种植物对茎瘤芥黑斑病菌菌丝的抑制作用与对照之间差异极显著,香樟与其他7种植物之间也存在极显著差异。 The antifungal activities of 8 species of plant extracts were tested with Brassica juncea Coss. var. tumida Tsen et Lee black spot disease. The results indicated that the extracts of Cinnamomum camphora had the best effect,the inhibition rate was 62. 50%.The extracts of Artemisia carvifolia,Elsholtzia ciliate,Artemisia integrifolia,Telosma cordata,Melia azedarach,Sambucus chinensis,Eucalyptus robusta gave 55. 68%,47. 73%,47. 73%,44. 32%,44. 32%,43. 18% and 42. 05% inhibition of mycelium growth rates respectively. Analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference on inhibition of mycelium growth rates between comparison and control of the eight plants that were given the test. There were also significant differences between comparison and Cinnamomum camphora.
