摘要
白癜风是常见的原发性或获得性色素脱失性损容性皮肤病,成人和儿童均可罹患。该病病情顽固,易复发,且目前尚无有效的治疗方法。白癜风的发病机制至今尚未完全阐明。近年研究表明,微小RNA与白癜风密切相关。因此,本文将对微小RNA及其靶基因等与白癜风的发生发展、分期分型、病变程度等相关研究进展进行阐述,丰富白癜风的分子发病机制,并为白癜风的诊断、病情评估等提供新的方向。
Vitiligo is a common, acquired and chronic pigmentary disorder of discosmetic dermatosis, which can be found in adults and children. The disease is stubborn, easy to relapse. And there is no effective therapy. The pathogenesis of vitiligo is not clear until now. The current studies indicate that microRNA is closely correlated with vitiligo. Therefore, this article will focus on the latest research progress between microRNA and the occurrence, development, stage, type and degree of pathological changes of vitiligo, enriching the molecular pathogenesis, and providing a new direction for the diagnosis and evaluation of the condition of vitiligo.
