摘要
阐述了SSMP-J射频同轴负载的设计过程,通过阻抗计算初步确定负载的基本结构,采用仿真分析的方法进行补偿结构优化,理论上满足了负载的电气性能要求。负载调试过程中,通过对不同材料的分析验证,并调整负载内部补偿结构,使负载的机械结构及电气性能均达到了最优。
This article introduces the design process of SSMP-J RF coaxial load, determines the preliminary structure of the load through impedance calculation, optimizes the compensation structure through simulation analysis, and satisfies the electrical properties of the load in theory. In the test and debug phase of the load, different materials are analyzed and verified, and the compensation structure of the load is adjusted, to achieve the maximum mechanical structure and the electrical properties of the load.
