摘要
浩口油田具有含油层系多、层间差异大、地层水矿化度高等特点。在注水开发中,注入水水质差、达标率低;分层注水调配难度大;难注井层注水压力高,管柱有效期短;注水系统能耗大,不符合新形势下油田效益开发要求。为此,采用了调储技术、旋转刮排泥技术和量子环防腐、防垢、杀菌技术以提高注水水质技术;配套完善了分层注水技术,采用了注水井智能遥控分层配水技术和免投捞测调一体化技术;配套完善了插管超高压注水管柱技术;进行了分压注水,降低注水系统能耗。
Haokou Oilfield is characterized by multiple oil-bearing series,big difference between layers and high formation water salinity.In waterflooding development,there are many problems such as poor quality of injected water,great difficulty in separated layer water injection deployment,high water injection pressure in the hard-to-inject wellfloor,large water injection system energy consumption.A series of technologies are used to improve injected water quality.Separate zone waterflooding technology and intubating ultrahigh pressure injection string technology are completed.Separate-layer water distribution smart remote technology in water injection wells and testing-adjusting integration free from fishing technology are adopted.
