摘要
随着油田开发的延续,开发效益逐年降低,江汉采油厂丫角采油管理区原有的生产组织模式、岗位用工模式的弊端逐步凸显。在油公司体制机制建设下,该管理区创新了大采油、大组合、大轮休等三大管理模式,建立了科学化、动态化、市场化及单井效益评估、管理效益评价、绩效考核评分的三化三评运行体系,推出了全额分配、一线倾斜、两级考评、五个等级、配套激励的考核办法,内部承包效果显著。
With continuous development and year-by-year exploitation benefit decrease,the old production organization mode and employment mode are beginning to show their drawbacks in Yajiao Oil Recovery Management Area of Jianghan Oil Production Plant.With the help of oil company system construction,three management modes including big oil production,big assembly and big stagger holidays are created.The established running system is scientific,dynamic and market-oriented matched with single well benefit assessment,management benefit assessment and performance assessment.Check methods are brought out including full amount allocation,lean to the first line,two-level assessment,five grades and mating incentive.Internal contract implementation achieves the remarkable result.
