摘要
无损检测技术属于非破坏性的检测技术,包括超声波、射线、漏磁、磁粉等。常规钻具检测方法主要是人工目视检测管体及超声波直探头检测螺纹,但人工检测效率低,超声波直探头检测方法又存在一定程度的漏检,不能满足涪陵页岩气井的生产需要。在涪陵工区,采用漏磁检测技术检测钻杆管体,超声纵波小角度检测技术检测钻铤螺纹,超声波斜探头检测技术检测加重钻杆管体等方法,有效提高了检测效率和钻具缺陷的检出率,保证了入井钻具质量。
NDT technology is a nondestructive testing technology which includes ultrasonic wave,ray,leakage flux and magnetic powder.Conventional drilling rig test is conducted by manual visual detection of tube and ultrasonic normal probe detection of screw thread.However,manual detection is inefficient and leak detection occurs by using ultrasonic detection,which can not meet production demand of Fuling shale gas wells.The application of NDT technology in Fuling workzone improves detection efficiency and relevance ratio of drilling rig deficiency and guarantees quality of the well drilling tools.
