The Design of Leave and Report-back Management System Based on Network Information Technology

为了解决传统请销假模式存在的效率低下问题,规范请销假管理,坪北经理部设计了请销假管理系统。该系统包含请销假管理、查询统计管理、后台参数管理、系统管理四大功能模块,分为请假、销假两大流程,实现了申请-审批-归档全过程可视化,完善了经理部业务公开建设内容。但该系统还处于初创阶段,功能模块还有待于进一步完善。

Pingbei Petroleum Cooperation Development Project Department has designed the leave and report-back management system to standard leave and report-back management.The system contains four function modules of leave and report-back management,inquiry statistics management,background parameter management and system management and consists of two processes of leave and report-back,realizing application-approval-filing visualization and improving business public construction content.However,the system is in its initial stage and its function modules should perfect further.
