Application of Oil and Gas Production Information System in Jianghan Oil Production Plant

广华采油管理区生产信息化建设包括采集层、传输链路、存储处理层、应用层4个部分。从标准化设计出发,统一前端设备,利用RTU采集现场仪表数据,通过自建无线网桥、完善光纤网络、架设VPN等方式实现管理区的网络覆盖,与前期其他管理区的信息化建设融合,建立覆盖油气生产全过程的油气生产运行指挥平台。

Production information system construction in Guanghua Oil Recovery Management Area includes acquisition layer,transmission link,storage disposal layer and application layer.Network coverage is realized in the management area based on the methods of unifying front-end equipment starting from standardization design,using RTU collected field instrument data,building wireless bridge,improving optical network and setting up VPN.The whole-oil-gas-production-process-covered platforms of guiding oil-gas production is established by integrating earlier information system construction in the other management areas to realize video surveillance of oil-gas production,automatic collection of parameters and real-time alarm of abnormity and create the new oil-gas field development management pattern of wells and stations in one,electronic surveillance tests,remote control and intelligent management.
