Thought about Strengthening Ideological and Political Work in the Retirees

离退休人员是油田企业乃至社会的宝贵财富,是营造和谐油田、凝聚正能量的生力军。针对部分离退休人员中出现的不满情绪、攀比思想、不愿参加活动等问题,采取以老年大学为阵地,加强思想引领,以关爱行动为抓手,缩短心理距离,以发展养老事业为契机,解除后顾之忧,以文体活动为载体,实现人生"夕阳红"等方法解开了部分离退休人员的思想包袱,让其切实感受老有所学、老有所乐、老有所养的离退休生活,为构建和谐油田发挥余热。

The retirees are valuable wealth of oilfield enterprise and even society and are fresh power for building harmonious oilfield and pooling positive energy.Aiming at problems in some retirees who show discontent feelings and comparing psychology and are unwilling to participate in activities,methods are adopted including strengthening ideological guidance by opening up university for the aged,shortening psychological distance by caring about them,relieving their fearing by developing old-age care and making their life colorful by launching various recreational and sports activities to unlock their mental load and make them feel that they can learn something,enjoy their life and contribute their remaining energy to harmonious oilfield construction although they are getting old.
