摘要
文章结合工程建设项目排序决策多目标、多指标结构层次的特点对城市供水规划在工程建设项目中的决策问题进行研究,在详细分析了前景理论的基础之上构建了多层次灰靶决策模型。首先对各评价指标样本值进行标准化统一处理并将各指标值转化为综合目标效果评价结果完成多层次复杂决策问题的简化处理,然后利用TOPSIS法并选取正、负理想解作为决策评价标准的判别依据,并通过将前景理论与灰靶理论有效的有效结合建立了正、负价值矩阵和权重函数优化模型,对最优目标权重向量利用模型进行求解,从而对综合前景值进行求解并完成排序。研究表明,利用该方法具有良好的有效性和科学性。
Combined with the characteristics of multi-purpose and multi-index structural levels in engineering construction ordering decision,this paper is to study the issue of making decisions on municipal water supply planning in project construction,based on detailed analysis of prospect theory,to construct a multi-level gray target decision-making model. Firstly,standardization of all evaluation index sample values can be completed with only once correcting processing,each index value is to be converted as multi-purpose effect evaluation result to complete the simplification of issues about multi-level complex decision,then,to employ TOPSIS method to select positive and negative ideal solution as the accordance to justify decision-making evaluation standard,and through effective combination of prospect theory and gray target theory,to establish the positive and negative value matrixes and the optimal model of weighted function,the model is used to solve the optimal purple weight vector,so as to solve the comprehensive prospect value and finish the ordering. The results show that: this method has good effectiveness and scientificity.
