欠发达地区水库工程建设模式应用的探讨

Discussion on Application of Reservoir Project Construction Model in Underdeveloped Regions

基于当前水利基础建设快速推进,作为欠开发、欠发达地区,在经济基础薄弱、专业技术人力资源紧缺等客观因素的影响下,如何更有效推进水利工程建设成为关键问题。文章以贵州省铜仁市实际工程建设情况为背景,分析了几类不同建设管理模式在欠发达地区水库工程建设管理过程中的采用情况,对比探讨了PMC模式在欠发达地区水库工程建设管理中所起到的作用与意义,以及如何进一步加强PMC模式的运用管理,为相关建设管理者提供一些建设管理思路。

Current water conservancy infrastructure construction are advanced rapidly, as the underdeveloped regions, affected by objective factors including weak economic foundation and professional technological staff shortage, how to advance effectively the construction of water conservancy project is the key issue. Taking the case of project construction in Tongren City in Guizhou Province as the background,this study analyzed the situation of a few of construction management models applied in reservoir project construction management in underdeveloped regions,compared and discussed the roles and meaning of the PMC model in reservoir project management in the underdeveloped regions,and how to strength the application and management of PMC model further,providing some idea of construction management for relative construction administrators.
