乡村振兴视域下中国农业生态旅游发展创新

Innovation and Development of Agricultural Ecotourism in China in the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

为解决"三农"问题,习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出乡村振兴战略,随后指出推动乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴与组织振兴。本文以实施乡村振兴战略为背景,介绍国内外农业生态发展模式探索,通过分析农业生态旅游发展面临的问题:生态振兴融入不足、农户发展理念不足、融资环境不佳、产业融合不佳等,从文化振兴、人才振兴、生态振兴方面提出以下建议:挖掘和整理文化要素、创新生态人才发展、充分发挥政府职能,增加财政投入、充分技术融合,走可持续发展道路的中国生态旅游发展的策略。

In order to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed a strategy for rural revitalization in the 19 th National Congress of the People＇s Republic of China. Then he pointed out that the promotion of rural industry, talent revitalization, cultural rejuvenation, ecological rejuvenation, and organizational rejuvenation are to be promoted. In order to promote the development of rural areas,the paper introduces the development mode of agricultural ecotourism at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems faced by the development of agricultural ecotourism：lack of integration of ecological rejuvenation, lack of development concepts for farmers, poor financing environment, and industry Poor integration. Finally,from the aspects of cultural rejuvenation,talent rejuvenation,and ecological rejuvenation,we propose to： Excavate and organize cultural elements,innovate ecological talents,fully play the role of the government,increase financial input, fully integrate technology, and take the sustainable development road of China ＇ s ecotourism development strategy.
