环境保护部门在全面推行河长制中的作用分析

The Roles of Environmental Departments in implementing River Chief System

为了贯彻落实《关于全面推行河长制的意见》(厅字[2016]42号,以下简称《意见》),山东省委办公厅、省政府办公厅印发《山东省全面实行河长制工作方案》(鲁厅字[2017]14号,以下简称《山东工作方案》),明确了河长制办公室成员单位职责清单。文章以《山东工作方案》中确定的环保部门职责为导向,分析了环保部门在全面推行河长制工作中的作用,并对未来环保部门的工作提出几点建议。

In order to carry out《The guidance for comprehensively carrying out river chief system》, 《Work programme for comprehensively carrying out river chief system in Shandong province》 was issued by office of Shandong provincial committee and office of provincial government,in which the duty of members of river chief office was defined. In this paper,the roles of environmental departments in implementing river chief system was analyzed based on the environmental departments duty defined in 《Work programme for comprehensively carrying out river chief system in Shandong province》. In addition,the advice for the future work of environmental departments was offered.
