Research Review on Low-carbon Development of Urbanization Process in China

城镇化低碳发展,作为新型城镇化的重要发展方向,近年来逐渐成为学术界的研究热点,但鲜有文章对这个领域的研究成果进行归纳、提炼和概括。本文从理论研究和实践探索两个维度上总结城镇化低碳发展的研究成果,提出城镇化低碳发展的科学内涵,即侧重于关注城镇化进程中温室气体排放特征,通过以低碳发展理念指导城镇发展规划、构建低碳产业体系、优化能源系统、引导低碳生活消费等方式,从而推动城镇化高质量发展,又能控制温室气体排放。总结相关研究发现,目前相关研究尚处于初步阶段,研究成果多侧重于理论层面,但研究深度不够;对城镇化低碳发展的实践探索的分析总结相对偏少。提出3个推动城镇化低碳发展的重点研究方向:一是加强理论研究推动城镇化低碳发展;二是加强相关政策的实施效果评价的研究;三是扩展模型工具在城镇化低碳发展相关研究中的应用范围。

Low-carbon development of urbanization process,as important development direction of new-type urbanization process,had gradually become the hot topic in academia. However, few scholars summarized or generalized the research findings in this field. This article reviewed the related published papers from the theoretical and practical dimensions. The definition of low-carbon development of urbanization was pushed forward, and it ＇ s that low-carbon development of urbanization process mainly focus on the greenhouse gas emission feature in urbanization process; advancing the development of urbanization process while controlling the greenhouse gas emission can be achieved by several measures,such as implementing urban development planning guided by low-carbon philosophy,constructing low-carbon industry system,optimizing energy system,leading low-carbon life style. We found that the study on low-carbon development of urbanization process was still preliminary,and most of articles focused on theoretical research,lacking of the research depth; while only a few articles talked about the practical exploration of low-carbon development of urbanization process. Based on the review,three scientific research direction for low-carbon development of urbanization process were pushed forward, firstly, strengthen theoretical research to promote the low-carbon development of urbanization; then, strengthen the evaluation research of the implementation effect of relevant policies for supporting the low-carbon development of urbanization process; finally,extend the application range of model tools that applied in the research of low-carbon development of urbanization process.
