淮安中心城市绿色出行研究

Green Commuting Research of Huaian Central City

绿色出行是贯彻"生态优先、绿色发展"理念的应有之策,是建设美丽宜居江苏的必然要求,更是实现淮安"生态文旅水城"目标的重要一步。目前淮安中心城市主要出行工具为助力车和私家车,出租车和公交车次之。造成这种局面的主要原因是淮安中心城市公交系统不完善,道路规划不科学,交通设施建设滞后和行政措施不力等。淮安中心城市要想突破当前的发展瓶颈,实现绿色发展,可先从绿色出行入手,通过完善公交系统、科学进行道路规划、提高交通设施建设水平并强化行政执法等来推进中心城市的绿色出行。

Green commuting is the countermeasure to carry out the concept of ＂ecological priority and green development＂,the inevitable requirement of building beautiful livable Jiangsu,and the important step to realize the objective of building Huaian as an ＂ecological cultural and tourist city＂. At present,the main vehicle in Huaian central city is moped and private car,followed by taxi and bus. The main reason for this situation is the imperfection of the public traffic system, the unscientific road planning, the delay in the construction of transportation facilities and the ineffective administrative measures. To break through the current development bottleneck and achieve green development,Huaian central city could start with green commuting. By improving the public transport system, making the road planning scientifically, improving the construction level of traffic facilities and strengthening administrative measures,Huaian may promote the green commuting in central city.
