摘要 研究了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)改性的聚烯烃弹性体对聚碳酸酯(PC)/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)合金相容性的影响,以及GMA改性的苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAG-005)作为酯交换抑制剂对于PC/PBT合金性能和颜色的影响。结果表明,SOG-02作为GMA官能化改性剂,能够改善PC/PBT合金体系的力学性能,当SOG-02的添加分数为5 phr时,体系能体现最佳的综合力学性能;差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究均表明,SOG-02能作为PC/PBT合金体系的优良相容剂使用;不同GMA含量的聚烯烃弹性体均能实现PC/PBT合金的超韧化,GMA含量越高,材料流动性能越差;使用SAG-005作为酯交换抑制剂时,效果优于使用无水磷酸二氢钠(AMSP),复配使用SOG-02和SAG-005时,PC/PBT合金材料的综合性能最佳,而且颜色黄度b值最低。 The influence of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) modified polyolefin elastomer on the compatibility of polycarbonate (PC)/polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) alloy was studied, and GMA modified styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAG-005) as ester exchange inhibitor was also studied in PC/PBT alloy, the results show that SOG-02 as GMA modifier can improve the mechanical properties of PC/PBT alloy. By the addition of 5 phr SOG-02, the alloy could obtain the best comprehensive mechanical properties. Both differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) studies show that SOG-02 can be used as a suitable compatibilizer for PC/PBT alloy. The modified polyolefin elastomer containing different GMA contents used in PC/PBT alloy can achieve the super toughening level. And the higher the GMA content, the worse the flowability of alloy. When using SAG-005 as ester exchange inhibitor, the effect is better than using anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate (AMSP) ; when using SOG-02 together with SAG-005, the PC/PBT alloy could obtain the best comprehensive performance and the lowest b value of yellowness.
