摘要
根据多层复合塑料轿车油箱的结构特点与质量要求,简要介绍了当前多层复合塑料轿车油箱模具的开发难点,在吹气口定位精度、吹气机构设计、收缩率补偿等方面进行创新设计。该技术不但有效降低了模具的生产成本,还可应用于其他储油产品生产。
According to the structural characteristics and quality requirements of the multilayer composite automobile fuel tank, development difficulties of the fuel tank mould was briefly introduced. And positioning accuracy of air-vent, designing blow mechanism and shrinkage-compensation of the mold were designed. This technology not only reduces the production cost of the mould, but also can be used in the production of other oil storage products.
