摘要 本文分析了水电厂厂用母线的常见保护配置,提出了一种改进型简易母线保护新方案。通过建立简易母线保护与所有馈出线保护共有的GOOSE网络,实现简易母线保护和馈出线保护的信号传递。通过安装在开关柜中的弧光传感器可快速定位故障发生的位置。简易母线保护装置根据被保护母线进线、分段过流情况,结合所有出线保护的闭锁信号,弧光允许信号进行逻辑判断,实现被保护母线进线、分段以及馈出线的选择性跳闸,达到快速切除分支母线故障的目的,为水电厂的可靠运行提供安全保障。 The present protection configuration of the low voltage bus for hydropower plants was analyzed,and an improved new simplified bus protection solution is proposed.The GOOSE network,which is common to both simplified bus protection and all feeder-outline protection,is established to exchange information between simplified bus protection and feederline protection.The the fault point can be quickly located by the arc sensor installed in the switch cabinet.According to incoming lines,sections over-current situation of the protected bus,combined with all feeder-outline blocking signal,arc light signal to make a logical judgment,simplified bus protection can realize selective tripping of incoming line,sections and feeder lines.The scheme can quickly remove the fault of the branch bus,which will provide safety guarantee for the reliable operation of the hydropower plants.
