摘要
本文介绍了葛洲坝电站轴流转桨式水轮发电机组主轴密封的两种不同形式,自补偿性轴向端面工作密封的具体结构、工作原理以及调整过程。工作密封调整的主要工作是抗磨板水平调整以及密封块与抗磨板间隙调整。由于抗磨板的水平直接影响到主轴密封的寿命和封水性能,安装不当会造成密封漏水甚至烧结,因此在安装过程中,其水平的调整就显得尤为重要。本文总结了两种抗磨板水平调整方法的优缺点,提出了第三种能够结合前两者优点的调整方法,对这种主轴密封的两大主要部件——抗磨板和密封块的安装、水平测量和调整工艺进行了分析和探讨,初步分析了抗磨板水平波浪度产生的原因。为提高工作密封的安装效率,改进调整工艺提供了一定的技术参考。
This article introduced two different structure types of the Kaplan Turbine Main Shaft Sealing in gezhouba station,the working principle and the adjustment process of the self-compensated axial shaft seal.The main task for adjusting the shaft seal is to adjust the levelness of the the wearing ring and the clearance between the wearing ring and the flat seal.since the levelness of the wearing ring can directly affect the life expectancy and the water seal performance of the shaft seal,improper Installation may cause water leakage and even sinter of the shaft seal,thus the levelness adjustment is very important.Two methods for adjusting the levelness of the wearing ring are introduced,the third method that combines advantages of the former two methods are proposed.This paper discussed and analyzed the installation,level adjustment and measurement of the two major components—wearing ring and flat seal,gave analysis the wave degree of the wearing ring.The author hoped this article can provide technical reference for the installation and adjustment of shaft seal.
