农药潜在靶标黄瓜花叶病毒外壳蛋白结构的研究进展

摘要 抗黄瓜花叶病毒药剂的作用机制研究对田间蔬菜病毒病的靶向用药和农药减量具有重要的应用价值,而选择合适药剂靶标是作用机制研究的基础。以黄瓜花叶病毒外壳蛋白(CMV CP)为农药潜在靶标进行总结。从结构生物学的角度,详细介绍了CMV CP在冷冻电镜及单晶衍射技术下的三维结构;比较了国内外已报道的CMV CP的基因序列,结果表明核心区序列的保守性很强。以盐酸吗啉胍药剂为例,确定了其可能作用于CMV CP的作用机制,并且预测了药物小分子在CMV CP分子中可能的作用位点。从黄瓜花叶病毒外壳蛋白结构的角度对已有的报道进行了总结,为发现新型抗CMV药剂提供了基础。 The research on the mechanism of anti CMV agents is of great application value to targeted drug use and pesticide reduction in field vegetable virus diseases. To select suitable drug targets is the basis of action mechanism research. Cucumber mosaic virus coat protein(CMV CP) is used as a potential pesticide target. From the perspective of structural biology, the three-dimensional structure of CMV CP under the cryopreservation electron microscope and single crystal diffraction technique was introduced in detail. The gene sequence of CMV CP reported at home and abroad was compared. The results showed that the conservatism of the core region sequence was very strong. The possible action mechanism of CMV CP was determined by the case of morpholine guanidine hydrochloride(Moroxydine), and the possible action loci of the small molecule in the CMV CP molecule were predicted. This paper summarizes the existing reports from the perspective of the structure of cucumber mosaic virus coat protein. It provides a basis for finding new anti CMV agents.
