摘要
[目的]建立草甘膦合成工艺在线反应红外分析方法。[方法]采用React IR在线分析系统对甘氨酸法制备草甘膦的合成工艺进行检测,无需取样即可实现实时监控草甘膦合成各步的反应进程及体系内部组成的变化。[结果]由甘氨酸法制备草甘膦,解聚、缩合、酯化反应均为快反应,可适当缩短反应时间,降低能耗,节省成本。[结论]运用React IR实时监控草甘膦合成工艺为其连续化生产提供一种有效的监控分析方法 ,可用于实验室及工业生产。
[Aims] The analysis method for glyphosate synthesis process was established by on-line reaction infrared analysis system. [Methods] The synthesis process of glyphosate prepared by glycine method was detected by React IR on-line analysis system. The reaction process of glyphosate synthesis steps and the changes in the internal composition of glyphosate synthesis were monitored without sampling. [Results] Glyphosate was prepared by glycine method.Depolymerization, condensation and esterification of the process were all quick reactions, which could reduce reaction time, reduce energy consumption and save cost. [Conclusions] The React IR real-time monitoring of glyphosate synthesis technology provides an effective monitoring and analysis method for the continuous production of glyphosate,which can be used in laboratory and industrial production.
