生防菌株NJ13对人参灰霉病室内毒力及田间防治效果 被引量:4

Toxicity and Field Control Effects of Biocontrol Strain NJ 13 to Ginseng Gray Mold

摘要 [目的]明确生防菌株NJ13对人参灰霉病的室内毒力及田间防治效果。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定生防菌株NJ13对人参灰霉病菌的抑制效果,茎叶喷雾法进行了人参灰霉病的田间药效试验。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明,NJ13菌株发酵液抑菌效果最好,其抑菌率最高达到91.95%,EC50值为0.0054cfu/mL。显微观察发现NJ13菌株能够抑制灰霉病菌菌丝生长,导致菌丝溶解和生长畸形。田间试验结果表明含有1.0×10~8~2.0×10~8cfu/mL的NJ13菌株发酵液防治效果达69%以上,最高达73.86%。[结论]生防菌株NJ13具有防治人参灰霉病的应用前景。 [Aims] This study aims to determine the toxicity in greenhouse and control effects in field of biocontrol strain NJ13 against ginseng gray mold disease. [Methods] The inhibitory activity of NJ13 to Botrytis cinerea was tested by method of mycelial growth rate and its field efficacy was conducted by method of spraying. [Results] The results indicated that the inhibitory effect of NJ13 strain fermentation brothdisplayed the best control with the highest inhibitory rate of 91.95% and EC50 value of 0.0054 cfu/mL. Microscopic observation showed that NJ13 strain could inhibit mycelial growth of B. cinerea, resulting in mycelium dissolution and growth deformity. The results of field trials showed that the control effect of the fermentation broth of NJ13 at 1.0 ×10^8-2.0 ×10^8 cfu/mL was above 69%, up to73.86%. [Conclutions] Biocontrol strain NJ13 has a better application prospect to control effectively ginseng gray mold disease.
