摘要
本文采用"微波辅助-焙烧还原法"快速制备得到对甲苯磺酸根插层镁铝型水滑石材料(SPTS/Mg_3Al-LDHs),并采用XRD和FT-IR的技术手段对材料进行表征,验证合成方法的有效性;然后将制备的SPTS/Mg_3Al-LDHs材料应用于水中6种痕量苯氧羧酸类除草剂的吸附富集研究中,对影响材料吸附6种目标物的因素(吸附时间、水的初始pH值、吸附剂对各种除草剂的最大吸附量等)进行了考察。结果表明,SPTS/Mg_3Al-LDHs插层材料对饮用水中6种苯氧羧酸类除草剂在10 min内即可实现完全吸附,适应水的pH值范围为4~9,对6种苯氧羧酸类除草剂的同时最大吸附量值在356~1048μg·g^(-1)之间。表明所制备的SPTS/Mg_3Al-LDHs插层材料是一类在水中苯氧羧酸类除草剂检测前处理中具有开发应用前景的吸附材料。
P-toluene sulfonic acid sodium salt was used as intercalated anions source for preparation Mg3Al- double hydroxides (SPTS/Mg3Al-LDHs) in "microwave-assisted- roasting recovery method". The structure of sample was characterized by XRD, FT-IR for demonstrating the feasibility of our approach. Then the synthesized sample was applied in the adsorption of six kinds of phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides in water. Various of effects on the adsorption performance of phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides were tested, such as adsorption time, initial pH values, and the maximum adsorption for six kinds of herbicides. The results indicated that the process of herbicides adsorption by SPTS/Mg3Al-LDHs mainly occurred within 10min, the initial pH values of water was in the range of 4-9, and the simultaneous maximum adsorption for six kinds of herbicides was in the range of 356-1048μg·g^-1. All of results revealed that SPTS/ Mg3Al-LDHs can been used as a adsorption material with broad application prospect for determination of phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicide in water.
